Introduction: Throughout the year I will be dedicating my self to doing a workout every other day. I'll note it down here, so if you would like to follow along and do it with me. Below are two different sections. One is for the actual workout and one is to tell you what the excersise is if you need to know. It will include pictures once I take them!
